NextMove entered the ironman mixed team event and won it by 23 minutes! We are determined to go back and defend the trophy in 2010.

Another bike ride…12 riders at nextmove now..we invite more cyclists to join us on our Sunday morning rides. 7.30am from Woodvale, BP. Its 60km but coffee half way…bring on the lancelin comp I say!!!

we did it…66km..no punctures, a few carbo shots, and a bit of sweat….

NextMove Physiotherapy is a proud supporter of this years Rotto Swim. We are part of a support crew for DATATEL communications and will massage, feed, and encourage the brave on their journey from Cottesloe to Rottnest Island.
