At Nextmove we are constantly evolving and looking at ways that we can help people achieve their goals, this is the next move in prevention and wellness!
Our new Energos4 is simply an organised exercise plan you can follow using our visual displays at Nextmove. We assess you and show you how you can improve your health, wellness and fitness goals. We have programs to follow in the functions of training we have named: Cardio, Strength, Balance, Movement, Recovery and Core.

For the first 100 Energos4 attendees.
(normal rates $39 per week)

This membership is for those that want to use our organised gym programs (via our screens)
No joining fee but must have an assessment with our health professional team for insurance purposes.
Access times:
Mon-Thurs 7am-7pm
Friday and Saturday 8-1pm
Closed Sunday
