Barre
Our Barre class combines strength, balance, and control in a dynamic full-body workout inspired by ballet techniques. Using the barre for support, you’ll build lean muscle, improve posture, and enhance flexibility through low-impact, high-intensity movements suitable for all fitness levels.

Matwork
Our matwork classes use the Pilates principles to focus on core strengthening, flexibility, mobility, stability and balance.
This class is carried out in a mat work space.

Fit & Strong
Our specialised circuit gym class is expertly led by physiotherapists. We also offer a specialised 55+ version of our Fit & Strong class!
