Our Classes
Reformer Pilates
A full body workout for all levels of fitness. Focusing on the Pilates principles of concentration, control, centring, precision, flow & breathing.
A workout designed to improve core strength, increase mobility, flexibility and connect the mind & body.
Our experienced movement coaches will modify the class to suit all levels and abilities.
Cardio Reformer
A higher intensity cardio based reformer class to get your heart rate up & improve fitness levels.

A variation of props may be used in the class including weights or our jump board for a low impact cardio work out.
Not suitable for pregnancy or certain injuries/conditions.
Stretch Reformer
A slower paced Pilates reformer class designed to focus on mobility, release and finding length in the body with benefits to both the body and the mind.
Suitable for all levels.
Matwork
Our Pilates matwork classes use the Pilates principles to focus on core strengthening, flexibility, mobility, stability and balance.
This class is carried out in a mat work space.
Suitable for all levels.
Barre
A cardio & strength-based workout which uses Pilates & Ballet principles to sculpt and tone your whole body. It is low impact and suitable for all skill levels.
Stretch Matwork
A Pilates-inspired matwork class designed to focus on mobility, release and finding length in the body with benefits to both the body and the mind.
This class is carried out in our matwork studio.
