Our Mission

We are passionate about providing quality, personalised physiotherapy and wellness care in our local community and global corporate settings through the core values we have committed to as a team. Opening our doors in 2007 starting with just one physiotherapist we have grown and excelled, now operating with a team of 4 physiotherapists, a massage therapist, a sport scientist and a team of administrative staff with over 13,000 patients on our records, over 100 active club members and over 30 group classes each week managed by Amica Carmichael and catering for all levels and abilities. When you walk through our doors, we want our purpose to be clear; to make human performance and wellbeing limitless. We stand by our three pillars at Nextmove which are

prevention, performance and technology; these guide our patient care centred mentality of all of our team members. Our location in Hillary’s is designed around the optimal comfort and care for our patients, with spacious treatment areas in our state-of-the-art gym, wellness areas and all of our treatment rooms. Our facility is equipped with world-class equipment and technology to transform your physiotherapy treatment into a holistic care experience catering to all aspects of your health and wellbeing. Our services are supported by easy access, a 24-hour booking system, 7am-7pm reception services lead by Elaine Hainsworth, our administration manager and an interactive website to provide education and information for our client base.

Our Founder and Director Matt Tribble is passionate about creating a goal-orientated approach to all of our clients of NextMove. Matt mentors our team of physios, sport scientists and massage therapists so that knowledge and experience is integrated throughout all of our services. Matt in his earlier years was an international track and field athlete for England, he has worked professionally as head physio for the Perth Wildcats, and has also worked with the British Gymnastics program. These experiences alongside experience working within the NHS in the UK have built an unprecedented knowledge and understanding of the human body and its movement. Matt has recently appointed Hayley Miller as General manager for our company due to her wealth of movement understanding at such early stages in her career, this has been pivotal to supporting the business through the challenges of 2020 and our emerging as a physiotherapy and sports science brand.

We are simply about caring for the whole person based on your goals! We want you to walk in strong, walk out stronger so that you feel we have helped you achieve your goals.

Our Values / Pillars

A Message from Matt Tribble
(Founder & Managing Director)

At Nextmove our true point of difference is our centred approach around prevention, performance and technology in every service we provide for our patients as well as our ethos in how we want to treat anyone who walks through our doors. We often find our patients have been to places where symptoms are the main focus, they are treated and potentially discharged when they should continue working together on other aspects of their health or movement.

Having these 3 pillars helps us the create the Nextmove Wellness Club atmosphere, a family feeling opposed to a sterile treatment environment. When Nextmove first began with our three pillars we also committed to upholding our core five values: Care, Health, Energy, Teamwork and Accountability.

Our values are something we stand by; they hold up the purpose of why we created the Nextmove brand. When COVID-19 hit the business world in 2020 I had to reflect and look at these values as a basis for rebuilding the Nextmove team. Fortunately, when I asked the team ‘Why do you like Nextmove?’ or ‘What makes you comfortable choosing Nextmove as your place of work?’ I found that our team were committed to and living by the same values as myself. So, we built our Nextmove team and on our Staff Development day in April 2021 we all committed to upholding our values. How we operate day-to-day is based on our five values; every decision we make, our performance reviews, how we care for our patients and how we present ourselves is based on these 5 values. After 14 years and over 13,000 individual patients in a single location I am very proud of our accomplishments and our ability to provide personalised holistic care and I look forward to helping many more in achieving their journey to limitless health and wellbeing.
