About Us
We are passionate about providing quality, personalised physiotherapy and wellness care in our local community and global corporate settings through the core values we have committed to as a team. Opening our doors in 2007 starting with just one physiotherapist we have grown and excelled, now operating with a team of 5 physiotherapists, 2 massage therapists, 2 sport scientist and a team of administrative staff with over 15,000 patients on our records, over 130 active club members and over 55 group classes weekly, and catering for all levels and abilities. When you walk through our doors, we want our purpose to be clear; to make human performance and wellbeing limitless.
We stand by our three pillars at Nextmove which are prevention, performance and technology; these guide our patient care centred mentality of all of our team members. Our location in Hillary’s is designed around the optimal comfort and care for our patients, with spacious treatment areas in our state-of-the-art gym, wellness areas and all of our treatment rooms. We also now boast our own Nextmove Studio for pilates classes along with a space for Barre. Our facility is equipped with world-class equipment and technology to transform your physiotherapy treatment into a holistic care experience catering to all aspects of your health and wellbeing. Our services are supported by easy access, a 24-hour booking system, 7am-7pm reception services lead by Elaine Hainsworth, our administration manager and an interactive website to provide education and information for our client base. New in 2023 is the introduction of our dedicated studio of pilates and coffee zone together with a new circuit method called Energos4.
Our Founder and Director Matt Tribble is passionate about creating a goal-orientated approach to all of our clients of NextMove. Matt mentors our team of physios, sport scientists, ,movement coaches and massage therapists so that knowledge and experience is integrated throughout all of our services. Matt in his earlier years was an international track and field athlete for England, he has worked professionally as head physio for the Perth Wildcats, and has also worked with the British Gymnastics program. These experiences alongside experience working within the NHS in the UK have built an unprecedented knowledge and understanding of the human body and its movement. Matt has recently completed further education in the USA in bringing more movement and biomechanic techniques to Nextmove.
